Traverse up jumping from wall to wall to avoid the thorns until you reach a safe spot above. Go down, jump on a hanging platform and jump to the blue moss. You can either head up or down from here. After that, head back down and take the left path. With both keystones in tow, head through the gate and take the upper path to open up a shortcut to a region we’ve previously been above. The second keystone needed to open the gate below rests here. Go the area where Ori’s at on the map below.Ĭlimb up the wall and use your double jump to traverse to the platform hidden in the upper right corner. We’re going to find the other keystone next. ![]() This will allow you to grab the keystone on the ledge above. Now, go back to the log, jump down and push the boulder on top of the log in front of the purple laser. Double jump over to it and pull it to move the log downward. Down here, you should spot a lever that you couldn’t reach previously. Ignore this for now and continue right and down. It should have the boulder we used earlier on it. Head back to the right until you reach the log hanging by four vines. Keystone Gate After Double Jump and Sticky With this equipped, Ori will automatically stick to walls. You’ll find another spirit tree here that will give you Double Jump.ĭouble jump to the west wall, climb it up and double jump to the right to reach a platform with the Sticky shard on it. With that out of the way, head back from where you came and this time, take the left path. As you can see, this is the other side of the path in the paragraph above that we mentioned with the thorny section you can’t cross. Then, we’re going to continue down so take the right path leading downward. If you continue left, drop down and grab the hidden Spirit Light Container behind the east wall. Instead, head back up and left to reach a mini-boss corridor with three enemies to defeat. If you continue to follow the downward path, you’ll realize you can’t cross the thorny section. Then, continue left and drop down when you can. Use the boulder leaning on the small cliff to get across the previously impassable cliff (you’ll need to press RT to move the boulder across the log held up by vines). You can save the game here and warp to other Spirit Wells (although you won’t be able to do that just yet because there aren’t any other Spirit Wells for you to warp to).įrom here, go left. Follow this path downward until you can reach the bottom and then go right to find your first Spirit Well. Now, let’s head east to the keystone gate and open it with the two new keystones.įirst though, let’s head west until you reach a branch you can fall through. Tell them that you found the keystone to complete The Missing Key quest. Instead follow the blue moss path upward and go left when you can to find the keystone you’re looking for.įollow the blue moss east and you’ll end up back on the path you previously took to find the keystone. When you’re on flat ground again, don’t bother going left - there’s nothing there at the moment except for a small enemy to defeat. Defeat the enemy to open the gate blocking you from the area pictured below.Īt the waterfall, the game will explain to you that Ori can cling to blue moss automatically. Now, head left and a new dog-like enemy will enclose you in a small corridor. ![]() Continue down and attack the east wall with your torch to reveal a hidden Spirit Light Container. Follow the path downward (you’ll need to jump from wall to wall over the thorns) and grab the Life Cell at the bottom. Head left and drop down the branch to find a Life Cell and a Spirit Light container. He tells you that you need two keystones to open the Keygate to the east - he gives you one and tells you the other is in a nearby cave. Talk to them and they’ll give you your first quest: The Missing Key. Defeat the creature here, continue down and then go left when you reach the bottom. Continue right until you can drop down left. Go left and press X to attack the creature before you with your torch. When you land, go left until you find a fire. Double back a few steps and drop down the branch. From here, continue right and pick up the Life Cell. ![]() Then, head left and drop down the nearby branch by pressing down on the analog stick and pressing the A button. After you land, go right to find a Small Spirit Light Container. Spirit Light is your experience in the game and can be traded to friendly creatures for various items and upgrades.Ĭontinue right and you’ll fall off a branch that breaks. ![]() Continue right a few steps, drop down and go left a few steps to find a Small Spirit Light Container. When you first gain control of Ori, head right to find a Life Cell.
